About Our Pottsville Loading Dock Crew
We fix and maintain loading docks for warehouses, manufacturers, grocery stores and distribution centers. We work the way we'd want a neighbor to work on our own place. We show up when we said we would, explain what we found and leave your dock running and clean.
Who we are
We're a local loading dock repair company. Our work is dock levelers, vehicle restraints, overhead doors, high speed doors and rolling grilles, plus the preventative maintenance that keeps them all working. When a repair no longer makes sense, we also sell and install new dock equipment.
Most calls start the same way. A leveler won't raise. A lip won't extend. A door is off its track, or a restraint light stays red and drivers won't back in. Every hour that door sits idle costs you trucks and labor. We come out, find the cause and tell you straight what it will take.
We treat your facility the way we'd treat a neighbor's. We lock out the equipment before we touch it, and we keep your forklift lanes clear while we work. We won't sell you a new leveler when a hydraulic cylinder or a hold-down spring will do the job. If replacement is the honest answer, we show you why with photos of what we found.

We look at the whole unit before we price anything: welds, hinge pins, hydraulics, the pit and the curb angle. You get a written line-item quote. If a part fix buys you years, we say so.

A crew trained for a busy dock
Docks have forklifts, trailers and heavy moving steel. Our crew is first aid and CPR certified, and we follow lockout and tagout on every unit before we put hands on it.

Work planned around your shipping
Tell us when your trucks come in and when the dock goes quiet. We plan the job around that, so part of your dock keeps moving. Before we leave, we test the equipment with you, sweep up and haul off the old parts.

Labor backed for a year
Our work comes with a 1-year labor warranty. If something we did isn't right, call us and we come back to fix it.
Where we work
We're based in Pottsville and serve facilities across the surrounding area, including Schuylkill Haven, Minersville, North Manheim, Orwigsburg, St. Clair, Wayne, Butler, Shenandoah, Frackville and Mahanoy City.
Winters here are hard on dock equipment. Road salt and freeze cycles eat at door seals, cables and hydraulic fluid. That's why we push for a preventative maintenance check before cold weather sets in. It costs less than a breakdown in January with a trailer waiting.
